I try to live my life to the fullest and Im very glad that Im good shape and I dont have any healthissues. I think that my morning routine is a big reason why im not sick. Sauerkraut isn’t a tasteful side dish to your German sausage, its also good for you. Sauerkraut is fermented kale and contains alot of probiotics. Probiotics is a bacteria that promotes good health. Probiotics is very good for your stomach because it promotes gut health. By eating alot of fermented food such as sauerkraut you will have a good protection against season based illness such as the flu.
